Pricing:
- Companies with a Windows domain/Active Directory: $100 per hour for all on-call visits & services that are not included with a maintenance plan.
- Companies with a Workgroup/Non-domain: $75 per hour for all on-call visits & services that are not included with a maintenance plan.

Monthly Maintenance Plan Pricing*:
1 to 5 computers: $40.00 per computer
6 to 10 computers: $35.00 per computer
11+ computers: $30.00 per computer
Server $65.00 per server
Monthly Maintenance Plan clients receive 20% off the hourly labor rate!
Plus:
Weekly remote monitoring of server event logs
Weekly remote monitoring/servicing of server backups, if necessary
Bi-Monthly or Quarterly Maintenance Plan Pricing*:
1 to 5 computers: $45.00 per computer
6 to 10 computers: $40.00 per computer
11+ computers: $35.00 per computer
Server $65.00 per server
Bi-Monthly or Quarterly Maintenance Plan clients receive 10% off the hourly labor rate
What is included with your maintenance plan?
Tasks to be performed during each scheduled maintenance visit:
Installation of all necessary Windows updates.
Ensuring antivirus software is up to date and functional.
Updating installed software such as Java, Adobe, and Microsoft Office, etc.
Hard drive free space will be checked and any issues that may lead to unnecessary disk space usage will be noted.
Scan and removal of viruses and spyware.
Scan and report of hard drive and memory health.
Cleanup of temporary files, Windows registry, and unnecessary Windows update files.
Defragmentation of hard drive.
Validate and/or perform backups of critical user data.
Check fans for proper operation and clean out any dust and dirt inside the computers.Additional maintenance specific to servers:

Event log error monitoring
Exchange log and mailbox monitoring
Server resource utilization monitoring
Verification of backups
Verification of RAID array health
Records will be provided after each scheduled maintenance visit and kept on file to track any recurring issues on specific computers.
